📜 CareFirst Global – Refer & Earn Policy (Draft)
• Eligibility Requirement • Referrer must have availed at least one paid service OR added a non refundable wallet balance before sharing any reference.
• Authenticity of Reference • Only genuine references are allowed. • Fake identities, duplicate accounts, or misleading information will result in immediate disqualification.
• Verification Process • Every reference will undergo identity and service verification before rewards are credited. • Company reserves the right to demand supporting documents or proof of relationship / Service Taken / Balance Added ( Non Refundable ) if required.
• Fraud Protection • Any fraudulent reference (false details, impersonation, or misuse of another person’s identity) will lead to permanent ban of the referrer’s account. • Legal action may be initiated against individuals attempting to defraud the company.
• Reward Crediting • Rewards will be credited only after the referred customer successfully avails and completes a paid service of Referencee ( Whose reference given ) . • Pending or cancelled bookings will not qualify.
• Non Refundable Balance Clause • Any wallet balance added to qualify as a referrer is strictly non refundable, even if references are later found invalid.
• Misuse & Wrong Information • Providing wrong contact details, misleading references, or spamming potential customers will result in suspension. • Company reserves the right to blacklist such users permanently.
• Legal Safeguards • CareFirst Global Pvt Ltd reserves full rights to modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time without prior notice. • All disputes will be subject to jurisdiction of Surat, Gujarat courts. • Participation implies acceptance of all terms and conditions, including liability clauses protecting the company against misuse.
• Transparency & Communication • Users will be notified of reward status only through official app notifications or registered communication channels. • No verbal or unofficial promises will be entertained.
• Final Rights Clause • The final rights, decisions, and interpretations of this policy will always remain solely within the hands of CareFirst Global Pvt Ltd.
