Saunak Desai brings over 15 years of leadership experience across Operations, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and HR. Before joining CareFirst Global, he served as Group Vice President HR, leading a Rs 3,200 Crore business group with 3,000 employees across 63 locations in 3 states, reporting directly to the Chairman and Board. His career includes 11 National Awards, 17 Industry Awards, and 15 promotions in 15 years, reflecting consistent excellence. At CareFirst Global Pvt Ltd, he leads Operations, Finance, Sales, and Marketing, driving growth, service excellence, and a customer-first approach that strengthens every care experience.

Swari Desai is the Co Founder of CareFirst Global Pvt Ltd, bringing strong expertise in recruitment, strategy, planning, team management, manpower management, and employee counselling. She plays a key role in building a people-first work culture by leading HR operations and ensuring seamless workforce management. Her focus on talent acquisition, grievance resolution, and employee engagement helps create a motivated and efficient team that delivers quality care services. At CareFirst Global, she leads the HR and recruitment functions, strengthening the organization's foundation through effective people management, operational coordination, and a commitment to service excellence.
